Grand Opening of Restored 1925 Building

SUFFOLK, Virginia (Sept 13, 2024) – Downtown Suffolk is excited to announce that a project in collaboration with Tymoff+Moss Architects (TMA), Commonwealth Preservation Group (CPG), and Elliott Apartments LLC is celebrating the grand reopening of the historic Suffolk Towers, now reborn as The Elliott Apartments. This iconic building, originally known as The Elliott Hotel, is ready to welcome residents into its newly restored 8-story structure located at 181 N. Main Street.
